How it works
From first call to final walkthrough

Free in-home estimate
We walk your space, check the condition of the boards, and talk through your options. You get a real, written number, plus an honest take on whether to refinish or replace.
Prep & protection
Before any dust flies, we cover furniture, seal off vents, and set dust barriers so the rest of your home stays clean. We also confirm the schedule so you can plan around the work.
Install or sand
For new floors, we lay the boards level and tight. For refinishing, we sand in stages down to fresh, even wood so the finish lays down smooth without swirl marks.
Stain to your color
If you are changing the tone, we test the stain on your actual wood first, then apply it evenly so the color is consistent from board to board and wall to wall.
Seal & cure
We apply quality sealer in careful coats and give each one the time it needs to cure. This is the step that decides how the floor holds up, so we do not rush it.
Walkthrough & care tips
We check every board with you, answer any questions, and leave simple guidance on when to walk on the floor, when to move furniture back, and how to keep it looking new.
